Power talk – The compass of Johannah Christensen, Global Maritime Forum - 03.12.25

Dear WIS members,

Once again Gorrissen Federspiel opens up their beautiful offices in Axel Towers for an evening with Powertalks.   

Johannah Christensen, CEO and co-founder of Global Maritime Forum will be our speaker for the evening. In this role, she leads the dialogue on a variety of important issues including the topic on everyone’s mind – the decarbonation of the maritime industry.
She and Global Maritime Forum are at the forefront of change with knowledge and ideas on how the maritime industry moves into the future and the opportunities and challenges that the future presents.

Johannah will talk about her experience in co-founding and leading an important and recognised international network, including the transition to being a female leader. She will also share valuable insights into the current work of Global Maritime Forum and elaborate on the importance of collaboration and getting key people from the industry together to create the starting point for change.

Following the inspirational PowerTalk, we invite you to join us for a delightful evening at Gorrissen Federspiel, where you can enjoy stunning views over Copenhagen.

Finger Food will be served.
If there are any allergies, we kindly ask you to submit your allergies prior to the event.

There are limited spots available, and the concept is as usual “first come, first serve”. It is possible to sign up colleagues or forward the link – please feel free to do so and spread the word in your network across gender.

This event is for all women working or related to the shipping industry, the invite is open and can be shared with your network (please let’s not forget the ladies on maternity leave or new colleagues).
