Event Description

We are excited to invite you for the second Breakfast Club in Fall 2023. The idea behind these events is to gather in smaller groups and have interesting conversations during a cozy breakfast prior heading to work.

At every gathering there will be one key person joining the table for a “free table talk” with no set agenda. The cost of the breakfast will be on your own account and must be paid when signing up.

Pernille Græsdal Beck

Pernille is an inspiring and accomplished leader, breaking barriers as one of the few women in Bunker Holding’s management. With an unwavering focus on business, she’s known for her sharp intellect, boundless enthusiasm for diversity and inclusion, and a no-nonsense approach.

Her impressive career spans influential roles at Vestas, Arla, CfL, PR Electronics and Human House. Currently serving as Executive HR Business Partner at Bunker Holding, she continues to drive progress.

Pernille holds a psychology degree from Aarhus University and an array of certifications, including situational leadership, JTI, MBTI, NEO-PI-R, Hogan Personality Profile, Gamechanger, Wallbreaker, and much more. She is deeply committed to ongoing learning in matrix organizations, systemic thinking, Diversity & Inclusion, Advanced team building, Development and organizational design, and change management.

Pernille is not just a leader; she’s a force for positive change, a champion for diversity and a relentless advocate for progress.

Attendance:     Limited seats at a first come first serve basis

Price:                The price for the breakfast is 335 DKK (registration will be binding and non-refundable)    

Breakfast:        Bread from Hahnemanns Bakery, 48-hour homemade yoghurt, granola, jam and ricotta incl. coffee/the, apple juice and water. (this is a set menu // if any allergies etc. please contact the venue directly yourself)
