Morning Yoga with WIS x Svitzer // 23.05.2025
We are excited to invite you for the first yoga session of the season, hosted by Svitzer. After last year’s great success, we’re thrilled to bring back this energizing tradition.
Start your day with a calming flow and good energy – join us for a morning yoga session before work.
Our class welcomes all levels, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner. We will focus on flow, flexibility, and mindfulness. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your own mat.
Weather permitting, we’ll practice on Svitzer’s beautiful rooftop terrace—please bring a warm sweater just in case. If it’s too chilly, we’ll move the session indoors.
The yoga session will be kindly guided by Fie Højland, Organizational Development Partner at Svitzer and a certified yoga instructor.
After the 30-minute yoga flow, we’ll gather for coffee and breakfast, kindly sponsored by Svitzer. It’s the perfect way to connect with fellow WIS members and start the day on a positive note.
This event is open to all, so feel free to invite your male colleagues too.
