Why Inclusive Work Culture Matters - Bring a colleague

Event Description

Women in Shipping (WIS-Denmark) and Danish Shipping invite you to an evening of fresh perspectives on workplace culture, leadership, and inclusion in the maritime industry.

Why Inclusive Work Culture Matters - Bring a colleague

  • Hosted by WIS-Denmark & Danish Shipping
  • Date: 30 October 2025
  • Time: 16.30–21:00
  • Location: Terminal 13, Copenhagen

Back in 2020, we began planning a major industry event that sparked wide interest. Just as everything came together, the pandemic put it on hold. Now, five years later, we're proud to bring it to life — with a renewed focus on the culture we create at work, and the roles we all play in shaping it.

Why "Bring a Colleague"?

Because diversity isn’t just an issue for women in shipping. To encourage shared responsibility, we invite every woman attending to bring a colleague into the conversation.

You can choose two tickets in check out, and sign your colleague up.
